About TOK
Teaching Our Kids (TOK) features mostly free teaching resources and craft tutorials for parents and educators. Some of the content has been created by us (or for us) and some of it has been submitted by others.
We love helping educators promote their freebies, giveaways, deals, and craft tutorials, so take a moment and submit a link to your post, and we’ll add it to TOK and share it on our social media.
If you feel that an image has been submitted to our site that shouldn’t have been, please contact us and we’ll remove it as soon as possible.
About Agnes
TOK is mostly run by me, Agnes. Here are a few things about me:
- I’ve been homeschooling our two special needs kids for over 11 years.
- We started homeschooling when our firstborn (with high-functioning autism) couldn’t handle school.
- We live on an island in Canada.
- I have two university degrees (Engineering and Science).
- I’m bilingual and have lived in three different countries.
- I love to read books (fiction and non-fiction) and research studies.
- I spend a lot of time in the kitchen every day making healthy food that my children and I won’t react to. Unfortunately, we have quite a few food sensitivities in this family.
- We LOVE birds in this family, so you might see me sharing a lot of bird posts, bird articles, bird printables, etc.
